Before the incident
Building a section of metal floor frame.
What happened
As he was building the frame he welded the angle bar to prevent the frame from moving but the angle bar he welded compressed against the frame causing it to be trapped. [REDACTED] tried loosening the frame using a pry bar tool with one hand and pulling with the other hand. The frame slipped from the pry tool causing his Left thumb to get caught in the corner of the frame and angle bar which resulted in a crushed right thumb. See video footage attached.
