Before the incident
was going to deliver sheet metal for one of the jobs and was separating the sheet metal he needed from one pallet to another.
What happened
[REDACTED] was working with another employee to pull sheet metal from inventory to the warehouse. As he and the other employee were separating the sheet metal they put the metal upright not realizing that a piece of wood 2x4 was in the way. The landed the sheet metal on the wood and as they were going to lean the sheet metal it fell from that wood block causing it to land right above the steel toe protection causing fracture to first metatarsal bone.
