was preparing his tool grinder disk to cut

changed out his grinder disk to a cutting disk as normal he disconnected his angle grinder as he should to change out the disk. After changing the disk he attempted to use his angle grinder but he realized it was not connected. He sets the angle grinder on the table goes to the power cord reel grabs the line then connects the cord and the grinder turns on falling off the table [REDACTED] reaches to catch and prevent the angle grinder from falling but it is powered on and cutting disk is rotating and due to this action it cut him on the upper left thumb. When he tried to use the machine after replacing the disk he left the locking pin engaged in the power on position and forgot this was engaged so when he connected the machine it
