What happened
Employee reported on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. She stated that her left shoulder area (pain radiates down front and back side of shoulder) started hurting a little bit the week of [REDACTED] from shoveling batches everyday. Then on [REDACTED] while still making batch her shoulder started hurting worse. It 's been awhile since she has build batch 5 days in a row. Manually building 1000# batch out of a 1700# batch. She feels the manual shoveling scooping and lifting 55 lb bags that it takes to build a batch has contributed to this pain.
