What happened
Operator was building [REDACTED] batches at 1000 lbs. a batch the majority of the batches need to be hand shoveled and they typically make about 6 to 8 batches per shift. Operator was using a bucket and thinks it 's more efficient than using a shovel. The bucket holds about 20 lbs. of material which isn’t an extreme amount and he can holder it closer to the body which causes less strain. The issue with last night is that his right hand slipped off of the bucket while dumping the material into the bag which caused the strain on his left forearm
