What happened
Operator was stepping down from bottom step at platform by the rollers carrying a 50lb bag. He had placed his right foot on the floor and was placing his left foot on the floor when his left foot (ankle) rolled on the edge of the mat. This caused him to fall scrapping both shins and feeling immediate pain to left ankle. He was transported to St [REDACTED] 's hospital for treatment. Severe sprain left ankle.
