In collaboration with the seasoning operator the associate attempted to dislodge the plastic bell component. Due to accessibility constraints repositioning of the ladder was required. During the descent a misstep occurred as the team member anticipated ground contact prematurely resulting in a fall from the ladder and hitting her left wrist. Immediate first aid was administered by the Production Supervisor and the Safety Supervisor.
