Operator was pulling doors for production the door slipped and cut his finger The unit was a steel door with a cut out he was holding the unit one hand on the outside and one on the inside The hand that was injured was the one holding the door on the inside of the cutout Employee was wearing his cut resistant gloves at the time of the incident After receiving first aid employee said he was okay and returned to work Employee signed refusal of medical treatment form 1 16 25: Employee came to Safety Office showing the area around the cut in his thumb finger was getting swollen with a yellow white substance under the skin Employee said that he was worried is infected Safety Manager sent him to the Clinic for evaluation and treatment
