On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] employee was strapping a pallet of skins after cutting them up for an order After positioning the strap around the skins employee insert the strap in the tensioner and press the start button when he noticed one of the corner protectors at the base of the pallet was getting out of alignment Employee stopped the tensioner and squatted to put the corner protector back in place When pulling the strap to move the corner protector the tensioner that was left on the top of the pallet fell and hit the back of his neck on its way down to the ground Employee touched his neck to make sure there was no blood and when he confirmed there was none continued working He did not feel any pain or discomfort until [REDACTED] when he woke up with a headache He did not relate the headache to this incident at the time and took some OTC pain releivers and went to to work He kept working until [REDACTED] and then on [REDACTED] the headache was getting worse On [REDACTED] he decided to
