Before the incident
Employee was sliding a heavy door from the packing table to the floor with the help of 3 other employees so it could be moved to the finish product rack Employee was on the bottom left side of the door grabbing the side handle with his right hand while helping a second employee that was on the top of the left side of the door lift the door from the table with his left hand 2 other employees were doing the same in the right side of the door The employees on the right side lost their grip and the door began to slide to the left Employee tried to stop the movement and the force cause an overexertion of her right hand (the one in the handle) Other employees helping with the door finally moved it to the rack and employee noticed an inflammation on his right hand at the bottom of his thumb Employee received first aid on site and Medcor was called which referred him to be seen in our [REDACTED] Clinic for further evaluation and treatment
