EE was assisting the deglazing of a large window EE1 (injured) EE) and EE2 were told to wait while the lead went to get the vacuum manipulator to remove the IGU The 2 employees decided they could lift the IGU out and did so prior to the lead returning with the manipulator While setting the IGU down on the block it slipped form [REDACTED] hand landing on his right index finger EE reported the injury to his supervisor and EHS EE was brought to Concentra for medical evaluation EE was prescribed restricted duty and return to work the following shift
