On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] employee reported to 2nd Shift Coordinating [REDACTED] Manager that [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] she was lifting two (2) 7 4 doors from her work table with the help of another employee and she felt pain on her lower back She did not report the incident to anyone and continue working her shift She began taking Tylenol and acetaminophen at home for the pain but as time goes by the pain is getting worse not better and is radiating to her neck shoulders and arms She asked her Manager to call Medcor for an evaluation Medcor referred her to our Clinic to be evaluated and treated on the next 72 [REDACTED]
