EE states he was getting ready to transfer a window frame from the tables to the Aframe on CAS1 While lifting the window frame off the tables the window slipped from this grasp striking the EE in the check head causing an abrasion EE reported the incident and was brought to the training room for first aid and documentation Due to the type of incident Medcor (Ref27125800) was called and recommended seeking treatment EE was evaluated at the ER then released to return to work [REDACTED]: EE sent to Concentra for evaluation due to incomplete APF from the emergency room New paperwork indicated a concussion
