The associate was shifting the position of a 2door bifold on the conveyor line when the associate began to feel some discomfort the associate then notified me of the discomfort I brought the associate up to my office and offered ice to which the associate said was unnecessary After talking through the discomfort with her she stated it has bothered her on and off since she broke her collar bone She said that Fit for work helped her [REDACTED] and I had her make an appointment for the [REDACTED] She stated she could return to work fine and just wanted to bring this to my attention
