Before the incident
EE stated he was assisting in loading smaller 3 panel windows (139 lbs) into a trailer just before lunch [REDACTED] Once completed the EE stepped off the finished good skid 5 inches in height and felt a sharp discomfort in his lower back The EEs lead overheard him talking with another EE and learned of the incident and sent him to EHS The EE reported he had told his lead of the issues and several times mixed up his lead and supervisor when stating who he reported the incident to Medcor (ref 27063520) was called and selfcare was recommended EHS notified FFW so they could see the EE and it was discovered that the EE had set up a FFW care appointment at [REDACTED] the same morning for the back discomfort
