Making tools

As worker was walking through his work area an employee dropped a small steel plate. It landed on the floor directly under worker 's foot causing him to slip. As he reached out to stop his fall he abruptly twisted his back causing him pain. Worker then walked to his leader to report the incident and inquired about going to the clinic. After arranging for transportation it was determined that he may need further medical attention due to the severity of his pain and EMS was contacted.
