What happened
EE a drops his pick pallet on the wrap machine. When the machine did not roll he first waves his hand by the sensor beam and when that did not work he tried to roll the rollers and that 's when the pallet started moving pinching his middle finger ring finger and index finger on his right hand.

His right-hand was pinch between conveyor rollers and pick pallets. When associate tried to restart the roller by first waving his hand over the sensor beam. When that did not work associate tried to turn the roller. That 's when the roller started turning and his right hands middle finger ring finger and index finger got caught in between the rollers and pick pallet.
