What happened
The associate was working on the refrigerated wrapping machine when he went to grab a replacement roll of wrap as he turned to walk to the wrapping machine he raised the roll of wrap to his upper chest and shoulder and began to walk and tripped causing him to fall forward and landing on all fours throughout the process of falling the roll up of wrap was thrown into the air and landed on his right wrist and forearm causing the injury.
