Before the incident
[REDACTED] and his crew were delivering to a multilevel residence. He was carrying a solid wood dresser that was stuffed with items up the stairs with another co-worker. They had put the dresser down to readjust. Because [REDACTED] was leading at the top of the stairs he had to bend over to reach the bottom of the dresser to lift so they can begin moving again. He was unable to use his core due to the position of his body above the dresser and had to use his arms and back to try to lift from a down position.
What happened
As they lifted he felt a strain on his back which radiated down to his leg. The [REDACTED] he notified his supervisor that his back was hurting.
