Before the incident
[REDACTED] was finishing up a job with two fellow co-workers. He was on the ground loading and feeding to another coworker who was on the truck.
What happened
He handed the side wooden panel to his coworker. As he bent down to pick up the other item to feed that same side panel fell out the crate striking the top of his head. The side corner of the panel hit his head that resulted to a cut and bleeding. He informed us the following [REDACTED] and was sent to the clinic.
