Before the incident
[REDACTED] and another co worker were just finishing up their job at a customer 's home. His co-worker was securing the doors on the crate by hammering the side panel to close it up. As he was doing that [REDACTED] was walking towards the light switch to turn on the lights in the garage because the lighting was low.
What happened
The location of the light switch to where his co-worker was at is about 10 ft. As [REDACTED] turned on the light switch the nail that his co-worker was hammering down to the panel of the crate flew and hit [REDACTED] in the inner corner of his left eye.
