AE WAS AT THE [REDACTED] IN [REDACTED] HE WAS FINISHING UP HIS LOAD THERE WAS 2 DOC PLATES HE REMOVED THE FIRST W NO ISSUES

WENT TO REMOVE THE 2ND ONE AND IT WAS STUCK UNDER THE RAILING OF THE ROLL UP DOOR HE STEPPED BACK TO RELEASE THE DOCK PLATE AND HIS LEFT LEG FELL BETWEEN THE DOCK AND THE TRAILER CAUSING HIM TO HIT HIS RT ARM.

HE STATES HIS RT SHOULDER DOWN TO HIS RT ELBOW IS HURTING. NO BRUISING OR SWELLING.

REMOVING DOCK PLATE

AE WAS PULLING UP DOC PLATES ONE WAS STUCK HE STEPPED BACK AND FELL WITH HIS LEFT LEG BETWEEN DOCK AND TRAILER HURTING HIS RT SHOULDER DOWN TO HIS RT ELBOW.
