Before the incident
I got knocked off my machine but I didn t fall to the ground or I would have died. I landed in the middle of my forks up in the air. Per Daughter on the phone at hospital. My Mom s right low back left hand and left foot hurt from holding onto the Forks of the Order Picker. The Union helped get her down and she is really anxious right now. Someone turned the corner with their machine and hit her machine. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I was 30 feet up in the air and had a harness on.
