Before the incident
I was putting a part inside of the tote which was inside the basket. I put part in basket and the weight and load shifted off the forks and the basket fell hitting my right shoulder. My harness caught the basket as it fell and I was hanging by my harness. I was choking from the pressure of the harness pushing up against me and released myself from my harness bottom 2 straps and then top 2 and fell to the ground from approximately 1 foot down.
What happened
