On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] a maintenance technician encountered an issue where one of the chains popped out of the sprocket on the left side of the palletizer. The technician attempted to reposition the chain onto the sprocket using a pry bar and a pipe wrench to walk the chain back onto the sprocket during that time the tech felt a pop in their back but did not feel any pain in the moment. The EE attempted self care until [REDACTED] when they asked to seek further medical attention resulting in a strain in the lower back tendon and Sciatica of the lower left side. Restrictions were given.
