What happened
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] a dayshift palletizer operator slipped and fell while cleaning a palletizer. As he stepped on the edge of the palletizer infeed conveyor he lost his footing and fell. He scraped his leg hit his head on the palletizer wall and strained his left thumb while trying to brace himself. Luckily there were no major injuries and the associate is doing okay. He was prescribed pain meds and a splint on his left hand with restrictions to aid with his recovery. We will complete a full investigation with a GSTD to get to root cause and share any learnings with the team.
