What happened
The employess has a small gash on the right side of his face near his eye on his upper cheek from handling a Apc that wasn 't fully secured and when placing it into the staging area for the carrier section on the west dock. When placing it he had his hands on both sides of the Apc sliding it into place from the front the top gate opened and hit him in the face cutting him.
