Clerk (PSE) reported to management he was coming through the back door that has the code input to enter when he entered the door slammed on his right finger. Management observed dots of blood on the floor leading to the men 's restroom. Management saw Clerk had his finger wrapped with a paper towel from the restroom. Clerk stated he was going to Urgent Care to seek medical attention.
