What happened

On [REDACTED] about [REDACTED] the employee came into my office and handed me medical documentation; Manager had a stand-up talk on handing medical documentation to non-management employees. I was involved in a conversation with 2 other individuals employee handed me documents. After I finished my conversation with the other individuals I opened her documentation I review it and called her to the back office it stated that she couldn’t lift more then 10 pounds and work 8 hours a day. I asked her if this was an off the job or on the job inquiry. Employee then stated it was off the job. I explained to her that this is a mortification of her job and she would have to get a light duty form. Employee asked if she could have a union come and explain to her because she wasn’t understanding because she is trying to do her best to get better. I just explained to her that unfortunately due to the modification of her job that she would have to go home till she could fill this out that
