What happened

On [REDACTED] I asked carrier for documentation due to him being out for 3 days or more he handed me a medical documentation that explained he had restriction I supervisor at Klein Post Office then started asking more questions then carrier claims on [REDACTED] on his collection route he was picking up and placing packages in the 2-Ton when he felt a sharp pain in his back he then completed his route while using caution. Carrier then felt the pain again on [REDACTED] and again on [REDACTED] which is the reason for calling in he used emergency annual because he felt it was an emergency he then texted supervisor [REDACTED] and explained his back was hurting and that he wouldn 't be able to lift anything that he was going to the doctor he was out the rest of the week. On [REDACTED] when I questioned the carrier on this is how I found out he was hurt and claims to have happened on [REDACTED] he said this was his 1st real day back that is why he is just now writing a statement and informing
