What happened
On [REDACTED] carrier was delivering mail on a park n loop on [REDACTED] in the [REDACTED] section of [REDACTED]. She was delivering mail to [REDACTED] When she went to deliver the mail a dog from [REDACTED] broke off its harness and chain and ran through the bushes and attacked her biting her several times on the right wrist. She called me to report the incident. I drove out to check on her after checking the injuries and talking to her we determined she should be checked at the ER.
