What happened
At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] carrier was delivering a parcel to [REDACTED]. As he pulled up to the house he noticed that there were two dogs out on the property wearing collars that appeared to be the kind that are for underground electric fence. He stated the dogs appeared to be friendly. He stated the owners were out with the dogs. The dogs approached the [REDACTED] vehicle employee was driving. He exited the [REDACTED] and the first dog was friendly and show affection. The second dog a rotweiller then approached and bit him on the left leg. Carrier yelled. The owner approached and scolded the dog. The dog came back at the carrier while the owner was standing there and bit him again on his other leg. The owner then took the dog in the house and came back and apologized.
