Employee was loading ADUS parcels from the parcel manual sort area (the Cone) when a 6ft tall 46 lb parcel that was leaning against the cone fell and struck her upper back neck. She felt pain and moments later dizziness. The other clerk saw the falling parcel and went to pull it off of her. The parcel was leaning against the cone because the barcode could not be scanned and was set aside for manual entry.
