[REDACTED] was exiting the [REDACTED] to make a delivery she placed her right foot on the sidestep of the [REDACTED] she turned her body towards the right to exit and unknowingly placed her left foot on a small crack on the pavement ground. As she was dismounting her left ankle slightly rolled due to the uneven surface which caused her to twist her ankle and fall on the ground.
