What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee was going to break. She allegedly opened the door to the employee parking lot and fell down the stairs then landed on her right knee. At first she claimed it was bruised but as the morning went on it became more difficult to walk. The knee and leg surrounding the knee swelled. Employee didn 't mention it to a supervisor immediately because she allegedly thought it was bruised. Employee was supposedly applying ice to it. Management noticed the change in her walk and ask if she was ok. At the time she said yes still thinking it was bruised. At around [REDACTED] employee showed supervisor swollen leg and asked could she do a no lunch because she was in pain. Supervisor let her leave at that time.
