Delivering a package to customers door on rural [REDACTED].
What happened
Carrier tripped on broken uneven section of concrete on carport. Fell and injured left hand. Carrier was delivering a package to the door at [REDACTED] and had to cross a concrete slab carport to access the drop point. She delivered the package and turned around to return to the vehicle and as she was walking back there was a broken uneven section of the concrete and she tripped on it and fell. In the fall carrier hurt her left hand. She called supervisor to report the fall and stated she wanted to continue delivery but her hand did hurt and was beginning to swell. As she continued delivery her palm began to turn blue and hurt through to the top of her hand.

Carrier unsure if it was the concrete or falling onto her hand that caused the injury. I saw no cuts or scrapes but definite discoloration up center of her palm from wrist to fingers.
