Employee did not file a [REDACTED]-1 or seek medical attention. On [REDACTED] employe called out sick stating that he woke up and his ankle was swollen and he doesn 't know why. He later called and said he went to his doctor and he will miss a few days. He stated that since he was transferring to [REDACTED] he may as well be off the following week to rest it and have the holiday week off. He never mentioned an on the job injury. He worked from [REDACTED] until [REDACTED] without missing work or stating any injury nearly 30 days of working with no issues. The claim is on [REDACTED] leaving no opportunity to properly investigate the supposed accident. He was observed in performance of duties with no issues identified.
