Wrist lodged between two racks as employee was moving rack to another machine. Employee was moving a rack to another machine to sweep mail for dispatching however there was a shelf from another rack that was sticking out off of another rack as she was maneuvering between the two and her wrist got lodged locked and stuck between the racks because of the one shelf that was sticking out.
