What happened
Rural Carrier was delivering [REDACTED] and as he approached [REDACTED] he saw a KFC bag on ground. He then saw a raccoon coming out of the trees and coming towards him. He yelled at it and tried to scare the animal but the raccoon kept coming towards him. He kicked his left leg toward the animal and caught it on the ground. Then he tried to put pressure on his left foot and there was a lot of pain.
