What happened
On [REDACTED] Carrier was loading vehicle to deliver her route and she was loading parcels. She states that she pushed a parcel and felt a pain in her wrist. She then states that it continued to get worse and she went to doctor. The doctor referred her to an orthopedic doctor. However the carrier never reported this incident until [REDACTED] after she had seen the doctor. Twenty-two days after she says it happened she reported injury. She stated that she needed an orthopedic doctor and now is on OWCP. There is no evidence this was done at work. It could have happened at any time in the 22 days between said incident and the reported date. If the hand or wrist had been hurt on [REDACTED] how was she able to continue working for two weeks and deliver packages during the busy holiday season.
