What happened
Employee lifted a heavy package on [REDACTED] and says he hurt his shoulder. He continued to work and then on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] texted supervisor that the injury happened and he couldn 't lift his shoulder. Supervisor told him he would have to write a statement and he said he was going to work. He returned from the street that day and stated that he fell on a branch and now hurt his left knee and hurt his right shoulder again.
