On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] CCA was at the carrier case working on his parcels. He bent over into the blue hamper to retrieve a heavy parcel when he heard a pop in his lower back. He put a back brace on and continued to work without immediately reporting it to his supervisor. He worked the entire the day and overnight he claimed he felt some pain and text the Supervisor that he was coming in and then he reported the accident. He eventually went to Urgent Care and is now on limited duty.
