Moving an APC
What happened
Employee was attempting to free APC that was stuck on the back wall of the #5 loader on the SPSS machine. He stated that he positioned the loader in an elevate manner approximately ten inches so as to use gravity to lower the APC while inside the loader. At this point he attempted to lift the APC with his right hand while guiding it to the floor of the loader with his left hand. He felt a 'pull ' in his right forearm near the elbow and radiated down the same forearm and up his bicep.
