What happened
Employee was involved in an accident at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] where a mailbox door fell and hit her on her forehead. Employee was opening the door of the box and it came undone from the upper right corner. The door then came tumbling hitting her in the head and then proceeding falling to the ground. Employee immediately stopped delivering the mail and she told the leasing agent. She started developing a headache immediately. She called my supervisor and let him know what had happened. She was in shock so she couldn 't answer many questions. Employee will seek medical attention from her doctor. Carrier was opening Apt. Mailbox and door fell off hinges and hit carrier in the head.
