On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] employee was processing distribution. She was feeding packages on the SDUS machine . During that time she began to say she was experiencing a sharp pain in her shoulder. She had to step to the side to stop processing parcels. She went to make an ice pack to soothe the pain. She came back to start making sure the clerks had wires ready to load on the machine. During the day she continued to express that she was still experiencing shoulder pain. I asked her if she needed a choice of medical form. she declined and said she 'll see if the pain subsided on its own. The pain got worse and she went to the emergency room on [REDACTED] to be seen at around [REDACTED] last night. Prior to this incident employee stated that she had an intense arm workout a [REDACTED] and that may have been where the pain started from.
