What happened
Employee was disposing of broken lite from line into cullet hopper. (3.9 32 x 88) When putting lite in hopper it broke and fell hitting employees hand penetrating his glove. Caused laceration to right thumb. Transported to Urgent Care 7 stitches recordable.
