What happened
Tech was attempting to put [REDACTED] back together when they tried putting two heavy racks on top of two other racks When tilting the racks forward the forklift came off the ground causing the racks on the forks to fall into the racks in front of them When the racks fell they caused the rest of the zone to topple During the incident the EE was thrown back and forth as the racks left the forks The resulting motion causes whiplash like injuries to the neck and head EE was evaluated at the local ER for a concussion EE was written off work for 7 days for concussion symptoms Recordable
