EE was hand packing 22x36 glass on [REDACTED] 7 on a fast pace 30 narrow run While turning to pack a lite onto the rack the EE felt a pinch in their left lower back area EE stated that they tried to power through the discomfort and continued to pack for roughly 15 minutes before notifying the nearby line driver who retrieved someone to get the EE off the line EE walked to the nurses office to get checked out Shortly after the shift manager and supervisor were contacted by the nurse and notified of the incident EE was taken to urgent care for further assessment This is a recordable incident Restricted workdays
