During discharge from deck 11 on the Grimaldi Grand [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was spotting a RAM chassis driven by [REDACTED]. The truck was the first to be discharged from deck 11 and was a bird. [REDACTED] was on the driver side of the truck while spotting. He was hit by the rear driver side tires while directing the driver to make a sharp left turn onto the ramp. [REDACTED] claims he was ran over by the truck. [REDACTED] was now on the deck and rolled around in pain and the operation stopped.
