Employee set up the main cabin beverage cart and proceeded to move the cart from the aft galley to push it up the aisle to begin service.

Employee got behind the cart from the galley and began pushing it up the aisle when she felt something twinge pull in the middle of the left side of her back. Employee brushed it off and continued to work the cart. Employee states that her back continued to bother her during her layover and progressively got worse during the last day of her trip due to the short flights resulting in setting up the beverage carts early.
